EpiPen Redesign to Guard Against Errors

Alongside other Engineering Psychology students, I assessed the common errors reported in the literature that people make while administering epinephrine with the EpiPen Auto Injector. We added components to a device prototype to allow for audio alerts and a more intuitive grip, intended to prevent misadministration of the medication and self-injection into the thumb, repsectively.
